Introduction  
FanZ Engagement LLP, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("FanZE"), operates the 'FANZE' social Fans Engagement App ("FanZE") through www.FanZe.In website ("Website") and the related mobile application (the "Platform"). The Platform offers a Fun chatting space, a season-long free-to-participate contest ("Fanz Contest"), and Live scores for ongoing League tournaments in India. It also provides a Service of creating a mini contest to users at a nominal platform fee, The Service includes a group chat, within group Leaderboard, standard Prize announcements and an option to add their own prizes.  

User Agreement  
By using the Platform, including participating in the Fanz Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. "User" or "you" refers to any person using the Platform.

Promotions 
Special promotions ("Promotions") organized by FanZE are subject to specific terms and conditions, prevailing over general Terms if inconsistent.  

Legal Validity 
If any Term is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it won't affect the validity of the remaining Terms. FanZE's failure to act on any breach does not waive its rights.

Platform Management
FanZE reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access, change, discontinue, reject, move, or remove content, and revise team rosters in its sole discretion.

Eligibility
Participation in the Fanz Contest is open to users aged 18 and above, and residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions are restricted.

Account Validation
FanZE may validate accounts through email or phone. The validation process is at FanZE's discretion.

Submissions
Unsolicited creative submissions are discouraged. Any submissions become FanZE's property, granting a perpetual, non-exclusive license for use.

User Representations
Providing accurate information is essential. Users confirm non-residency in Prohibited Jurisdictions and assume responsibility for contest participation risks.

Content Usage
Users grant FanZE a worldwide license to use submitted content for various purposes without compensation.

User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all posted content and acknowledge FanZE's right to record user content. FanZE is not liable for access issues or offensive content posted by other users.

Communication Consent
Users consent to receiving communications from FanZE, its partners, licensors, or associates.

Platform Usage
The Platform is for personal use only. Commercial use or any unlawful activity is prohibited. All content on the Platform is copyrighted property of FanZE or its licensors.

Platform Changes And Content Usage
We reserve the right to change the Platform or delete content/features at any time for any reason. Content from the Platform can only be used as part of the Platform. Downloaded content is for personal, non-commercial use, subject to specific conditions.

Mobile Applications
Downloads of mobile applications are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. No title transfer occurs. Exploiting or altering the application is prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights in the Platform or Content remains with FanZE. Users must not act in a way that undermines these rights.

User Account Registration
To enter Contests, users must register and create an account. Providing accurate information during registration is essential. Prohibited Jurisdiction residents are restricted. Users impersonating others may face account suspension or termination.

Account Security
Usernames and passwords should not be shared. FanZE will not request passwords, and users are responsible for keeping account information secure. Points/rewards cannot be transferred between accounts.

Personal Information Verification
Personal information requiring protection will be handled as per the Privacy Policy. Users consent to the Privacy Policy terms.

User Restrictions
Users must play Contests themselves without external assistance. Collusion, cheating, and creating multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

User Content Guidelines
Users must follow guidelines regarding posted material, avoiding offensive, illegal, or harmful content. Exploiting or altering the Platform is prohibited.

Contest Format
FanZE offers free-to-enter Contests on the Platform. FanZE also offers a service of creating mini contest group at a nominal platform fee. These mini contest should be purely for fun and is prohibited to be used for any commercial gains. These are ideal for Small Teams, startups,Corporates for employee engagement or housing societies, Clubs, group of friends for fun,

In-Contest Credits
In-Contest credits are awarded based on Contest performance. Winners are determined by accumulated points. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Service Disruptions
FanZE is not responsible for interruptions, disconnections, or interferences due to internet issues. Users take responsibility for any risk of loss.

Content
All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property laws. Users' chat content may be logged/recorded and used by FanZE. Hyperlinks to third-party websites do not imply endorsement, and users visit these at their own risk.

Breach and Consequences
FanZE may, at its discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate user access for breach. Consequences include account deactivation, content deletion, and barring future registration or contest participation. FanZE's decision is final.

Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold FanZE harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from their actions on the Platform or during Contests.

Limitation of Liability
FanZE is not liable for certain events, and limitations apply to liability, excluding specific legal exceptions. Changes to the Platform or content may occur at any time.

Disclaimers
The Platform and content are provided "as is," without guarantees. FanZE disclaims continuous, error-free, and secure operation. No promises are made regarding access to accounts during maintenance.

Events beyond Control
FanZE is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including acts by third parties.

Amendments to the Terms
FanZE can modify the Terms at its discretion without notification. Users are responsible for reviewing changes, and acceptance is assumed with continued use. Supplementary conditions may also apply.

Grievances
Contact FanZE through the contact page or support@FanZE.com for grievances or feedback. No royalty or fees can be claimed for changes made based on user feedback.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Terms and Privacy Policy are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts at Gurugram. Arbitration may be considered, with Gurugram courts having exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
